When you tweetting you can choose to use TweetPic (pictures in your tweets), Tweetshrink (for text more short), 12 sec of promo video, the hashtags and the service (if also Facebook or not).

Just pass the mouse hover the avatar and you can choose the actions "Direct Message", "Retweet", "Reply" or "other actions" (next pics).
